How can I check the status of my order?
On the desktop version of the website

- Go to My orders.
- You can find the order status under each order.
Guest user
To check your order status, please contact us via the customer support chat: go to the autodoc.co.uk home page, find the chat window in the bottom right corner, and click on Start live chat.
In the app
Registered user
Go to My orders / My order history. You can find the order status under each order.
Guest user
Please go to Contact us page and contact our customer service team.
Status descriptions
- Payment pending - the order has not yet been paid for or has been paid by bank transfer. If you have paid by bank transfer, please contact our customer service and provide proof of payment so that we can process your order faster.
- The system is processing the order - the payment has been accepted and the system is processing your order.
- The warehouse is processing the order - your order is being processed by the warehouse staff.
- The goods have been transferred to the dispatch warehouse - the goods are being sent to the main warehouse for picking.
- The order is being packed - your order is being packed.
- The order is awaiting pickup by the courier - the goods have already been picked and packed.
- The order has been picked up by the courier - your order has already been picked up by the courier and will be delivered shortly.
- Holiday - it's a weekend or a public holiday. Your order will continue to be processed the day after the weekend/holiday.
Order processing times
The average order processing time is 24–48 hours.
Factors that may affect the processing time include:
- Availability of payment. We start processing your order as soon as the funds are credited to our account. For example, if bank transfer is selected as payment method, it can take up to one week to be processed.
- Item availability. Information about the availability of an item changes rapidly. It may happen that products you ordered are not in stock at the time of processing your order and we will have to order them from the supplier. This can extend the processing time by 1–2 working days.
- Additional checks. The order may have to be checked for possible errors before it can be processed. The customer support team may contact you if necessary.

Can I speed up the processing of my order?
If the status of your order has not changed after the payment had been made by a bank transfer, please contact us and enclose the payment receipt. To do this, go to the Contact us page and start a live chat with our customer service team.
