Use one of the following methods to track your parcel:
- Go to My orders. The current status of your parcel will be displayed under each order. Learn more about each status here. Once we hand over your package to the courier service, you can find out more about its location by clicking on the tracking number under the order status.
- Once we have packed and dispatched your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to track the location of your parcel.
Guest user
If you placed an order without a registered account:
Once we have packed and dispatched your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to track the location of your parcel.

Delivery services
Parcels are delivered by the delivery service indicated in the Delivery section on our website.
As soon as we send your order, you will receive an email with the following information: the name of the delivery company, the parcel tracking number and a link to where you can track your parcel on the delivery company’s official site.
Troubleshooting tracking problems
The parcel tracking link is inactive when I open it
The tracking number on the courier website is only activated 24 hours after it has been created.
The status of the order has not changed for several days
The tracking information on the courier service website is not updated every working day and is not updated on weekends.
I have not received the parcel, but according to the delivery status, it has been delivered
Possible reasons:
1. The courier responsible may have failed to provide timely updates on the parcel’s status or may have entered incorrect information.
2. A third party at the delivery address might have accepted your parcel.
What should I do?
Make sure no third party accepted your parcel: check with household members or neighbours whether they received the package.
If no one has received the parcel, create a return request in your personal account or via the Returns portal. Choose The order has not been delivered as a reason for return.

If you placed the order as a guest user, create a return request via the Returns portal.
Our customer service team will process your request as soon as possible and inform you of the decision in an email.
The tracking number of my parcel has changed. What should I do?
Don’t worry, this happens when the courier service delivering the parcel transfers the parcel to a partner company. In this case, the parcel is assigned a new tracking number. If you enter the old parcel tracking number on the courier service's website, the tracking history will show which delivery service is now responsible for the delivery.
