Please note: not all payment methods allow instant crediting. For example, a bank transfer can take up to one week to be processed.

Paying with bonuses and coupons
Please note:
- coupons and bonuses cannot be applied at the same time
- coupons can only be used once
- coupons cannot be used to purchase tyres
- bonuses can only be used to pay for the products and cannot be used to pay for the Safe Order service or delivery (only registered users can apply bonuses)

Payment by bank transfer
If you select bank transfer as your payment option, you will see the order number and details required to make the payment after clicking on Confirm order. You can also download this information in PDF format.
To speed up the process of payment verification, we recommend sending us a receipt in an email or chat. You can do this by clicking here.
PayPal payments
To pay via PayPal, select PayPal as your payment method at the checkout. Click on Pay with PayPal and enter the details in your PayPal account.
If you have problems paying via PayPal, please go back to your PayPal account and check that the payment details are correct.
Important note: The delivery address in PayPal and the delivery address in the order must be identical.
If the addresses match but the order still cannot be paid, try selecting another payment method in your PayPal account. If that doesn't help, please contact PayPal.
Resolving errors in order payment
Any charge made in error will be cancelled the next day if it happened outside of the customer support working hours. If for some unforeseen reason it has not been cancelled, we will cancel it as soon as we start processing the order. The money will be returned to the payment method of your choice.

Unfortunately, it’s impossible to choose a payment method that isn’t listed for the selected country.

It’s only possible to pay for your order when you place it online.
Is it possible to purchase products without placing an order on the online shop?
Products can only be purchased by placing an order on the online shop. Both registered and guest users can do this.
I didn’t receive a payment confirmation email. What should I do?
1. Please check your spam folder.
2. If the payment confirmation email is not in your spam folder, you should contact Customer Service team by clicking here.
Why is my payment not going through?
1. You should double-check that the payment details you entered are correct. Contact your bank if necessary.
2. If the payment is still unsuccessful, please contact our customer support team and provide us with a screenshot of the error message during the payment process.
3. If you chose PayPal as the payment method, please check that the billing and shipping addresses given are correct.
