You can register in two different ways:
- Click on Sign in and then on register.

- Add items to your basket. Click on Proceed to checkout. Enter the data required for registration.

Placing an order without registering
- Add the items you need to your basket.
- Click on Proceed to checkout.

- Select Guest checkout by clicking on Next.

We will need some details from you, such as your email and delivery address, to process the order. Once you have entered these details, you can proceed to order confirmation and payment.
You will find all the order details in the email that will be sent to the email address you provided. If you register an account later, any orders you previously placed as a guest user will not appear in your order history.

Placing an order without VAT
There are two ways you can place an order without VAT:
- Go to My addresses, and enter the billing and shipping addresses and your VAT number.
- Place an order as a guest user. At the delivery address stage, click on the Company address checkbox in the basket and fill in the company details correctly.
Please note: companies registered in Germany, Poland, Switzerland, and Norway always pay VAT regardless of the delivery address.
- If the specified data is not verified during the checkout process, you will see a corresponding notification on the page.
- If VAT is added to your order, this will be indicated in the basket prior to the payment stage.
- If the company data is not verified, VAT is applied to the order in the amount that complies with the tax legislation of the country dispatching the goods: in Germany — 19%, in Poland — 23%, in the Czech Republic — 21%.
FAQ
Can I change my company details after placing an order?
Once an order has been placed, you still have a chance to update company details or confirm information to have VAT deducted. To do this, you please contact our Customer Service team by clicking here.
If you are a diplomat or a representative of an international military organisation (NATO) and can provide documents confirming this, you are also entitled to a VAT deduction. To do this, please contact our customer service team by clicking here.
Please note: if your company is registered outside the EU and you want to get a VAT refund, you need to handle this procedure yourself following the tax and customs legislation of the country of registration. In this case, we recommend that you contact your local tax and customs authorities.
The coupon cannot be activated. What should I do?
Only promotional coupons can be applied when checking out as a guest. You can get them from one of the following:
- Promotional newsletter
- AUTODOC social media
- Coupon websites
- Banners on the AUTODOC website

I can't find the email with the detailed order information
- Check your spam folder.
- If you don't find the order details email in your spam folder, please contact our customer service team by clicking here.
Incorrect email address entered at the checkout
Please contact our customer service team by clicking here and provide the contact details you entered when you placed your order.
How do I cancel my order?
- If the order has not been paid, it is automatically cancelled after 30 days.
- If the order has been paid and has not yet been dispatched, please contact our customer service team by clicking here and provide the order number and the contact details you entered when you placed your order.
- If the order has been dispatched, you can refuse to accept delivery or cancel it upon receipt by submitting a return request.
How will I get a refund for my order?
The money will be refunded via the same method that you used to pay for your order.
The time it takes to process the refund depends on the payment method:
- Bank transfer - refunds take up to 14 days. This is due to the bank's processing time.
- PayPal and bank card refunds are carried out within 24 hours provided that there are no technical issues. In the event of technical problems, the refund process may take 2-3 days.
