Our processing time
Once we receive and process your returned item, we will usually issue your refund within 7 business days. If the item does not require a return, the refund will be issued within 1–2 business days.
Bank processing time
Please note that after we issue the refund, the time it takes for the funds to reach your account depends on your chosen payment method and your bank:

When will I receive a refund for the returned item?
We will start the refund process once we have made a decision and approved the return request. In this case the status of the returned item in the system will be changed to “Confirmed”.
