How do I initiate a return for a product sold by a Marketplace seller?
Returns can be initiated via the Returns and Support button in My AUTODOC → My orders → Order details or use the link Returns and Support in the website’s footer.
After entering the order details in the Returns and Support form, the seller will contact the customer within 24-48 hours and provide return instructions along with the return label.
Please follow the seller's instructions in order to proceed with your return request as soon as possible.
What are the return conditions for products sold by Marketplace sellers?
The Marketplace Return Policy specifies that:
- The return period is 14 days from receipt.
- If the seller's return address (e.g., warehouse) is in the UK, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (partial refund), and the seller will provide you with a prepaid return label.
- If the seller's return address is outside of the UK, the seller will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
