Products sold by a Marketplace seller will have a label mentioning “Sold by [Seller name]”.

Who guarantees products sold by Marketplace sellers?
The warranty for Marketplace products is provided by the respective sellers. If you need to activate the warranty, you can do so on the AUTODOC website through My AUTODOC. Sign in, then go to “My orders” and click the “Returns and Support” button.

The warranty of products is regulated under EU rules and is not tied to who is selling the products.
