AUTODOC approves Marketplace sellers based on strict criteria including product quality, reliability, customer service excellence, and compliance with industry standards, ensuring a trustworthy and high-quality shopping experience for our customers.
How do I check information about the seller?
To view information about the seller, you should follow these steps:
- Navigate to the product page.
- Look for the label under the “Buy” button showing who sells the product (AUTODOC or a Marketplace seller).v

- Click on the Marketplace seller name to view detailed information, including legal information, terms and conditions, and privacy policy.

Can I contact the seller if I have questions about my order?
Yes, you can contact the seller directly through My AUTODOC → My orders → click the button “Returns and Support” or use the link Returns and Support in the website’s footer.
Sellers are expected to respond within 3 business days. If the seller does not respond within 3 business days you can contact us on our homepage: find the chat window in the bottom right corner and click Start. Our customer service team is available from Monday to Friday 7:00 am–8:00 pm, Saturday 7:00 am–4:00 pm. Sunday – closed.
Can I rate a Marketplace seller after my product has been delivered?
Yes, you can rate the seller and the delivery experience within 7 days after the order is marked as received. This can be done through My AUTODOC or via an email received after the order is delivered.
Rating the seller should be based on the following questions:
- Did the product arrive on time?
- Was the product as described by the seller?
- How fast and friendly was the service? (If you contacted the seller)
How do I report a seller on AUTODOC MARKETPLACE?
Issues with products can be reported to the Marketplace seller via My AUTODOC → My orders → click the button “Returns and Support”, via Returns and Support page or via the FAQ & report feature on each product's detail page.
