Paid delivery
There are two types of paid delivery:
- Standard. You pay for the delivery of the entire order, not each product in it individually. Delivery will be free of charge if this option is available for your country/region and the total order value reaches a certain amount set by the online shop. Otherwise, you will always pay for the delivery of the goods regardless of the total order value. If you place more than one order at the same time without reaching the free shipping limit, you will have to pay for the courier's services for each order separately.
- Bulky*. When ordering items with dimensions and weight that differ from the standard, you will have to pay for the delivery of each item separately.

Free delivery is not available for items in this category, regardless of the order total. If both standard items that qualify for free delivery and bulky items are ordered at the same time, you will only pay for shipping for the bulky items.
Free delivery
Free delivery is only available if your order meets the following requirements:
- The order does not contain bulky items.
- The total cost of the items in the order is equal to or exceeds the minimum order total for free delivery in your country.
- The delivery destination country is the same as the country of the website you ordered from (for example, you ordered from autodoc.co.uk, and the delivery destination country is the United Kingdom).
- The delivery destination country is on the list of countries eligible for free delivery.

Shipping tyres and rims
Delivery is free of charge for these items.
The cost of tyres and rims does not count towards the minimum order value required for free delivery for other items in the order.
To purchase these items, the delivery destination country must be the same as the country of the online shop where you place the order.
