How do I change my account password on the website?
Use one of the following methods to reset your password:
- Click on Sign in.
- Select Forgot password? You will receive an email with a link for resetting your password.
I clicked on "Forgot password?" but didn't get a password reset email. What should I do?
Possible reasons:
- You provided an invalid email address when you placed an order or registered.
- The email was sent to the spam folder.
We or the email service provider are experiencing technical issues. If you weren't able to find the email, please contact our customer service team by clicking here.
- Go to the Settings tab. Enter the old password and create a new one. Save changes.

How do I change my password in the app?
Use one of the following methods to reset your password:
- Click on Sign in/Register. Enter your email address. Press Forgot password?. You will receive a confirmation code at the email address you provided. Copy and paste the code into the field provided. Enter a new password.
- Go to the Edit profile tab in your personal account. Enter your email address. You will receive a link for resetting your password.
