The deposit account is a virtual account in a customer’s personal account.
How the deposit account works
Funds are credited to it exclusively from previous orders, for example in case of a partial or full refund or when an overpayment has been made.
Benefits of using a deposit account
The deposit account allows quick crediting and convenient tracking of personal funds. You can use it to place and instantly pay for a new order at any time.

I want to cancel an order that was paid for with funds from my deposit account. What refund options are there?
When you cancel or return an order that was paid for using your deposit account, three refund options are available:
- back to the deposit account;
- via the method that was used to pay for the previous order;
- to the bank account specified in your personal account.
Can I top up my deposit account myself?
No. The deposit account only contains funds left from previous orders.
I have funds in my deposit account, but they are not displayed on the website

Please note that the balance will only be displayed if the currency of the shop you are signed in to is the same as the currency of the funds in your deposit account.

Is the deposit account similar to a bank account? Will I receive interest or any bonuses?
It is important to note that a deposit account with our company has nothing to do with the usual banking term, since it does not accrue interest. However, with a deposit account you can save the most valuable thing of all – time.
Is there a limit to the amount that can be held in a deposit account?
No. There is no limit for a deposit account balance.
How long can I store the funds in my deposit account?
Funds in the deposit account can be kept indefinitely.
Are the funds immediately debited when paying for the next purchase?
When a new order is placed, funds are debited from the deposit account automatically.
Can I withdraw money from my deposit account?

How long will it take for the funds to be credited to my bank account?
Transfers from the deposit account are carried out within 24 hours from the date of application. When they appear in your bank account depends on how long it takes your bank to process the transaction. It usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Transfers to PayPal accounts take 24–48 hours.
After a product return, how long does it take for the refund to appear in my deposit account?
If you agreed in advance to receive the refund to your deposit account, it will be credited as soon as the goods arrive at the warehouse and the system shows confirmation of unpacking.
When is it possible to credit money to a customer's deposit account?
Money can be credited to a deposit account at the customer's own request.
Can I pay for an AUTODOC PLUS subscription or the Safe Order service using the funds in my deposit account?
Unfortunately, you cannot pay for your AUTODOC Plus subscription using the funds in your deposit account. However, you can use them to pay for the other services offered, such as Safe Order or Expert Check (payment for these will be deducted automatically).

Is it possible to pay for an order with funds from the deposit account and my bonus balance or a coupon at the same time?
You can pay for an order using both deposit account funds and any promotional offers. However, please note that bonuses and coupons cannot be combined for the same order. Therefore, when placing an order, choose one option.
How does the deposit account differ from the bonus account?
Unlike the bonus account balance, you can use deposit account funds to pay for an order fully or in part regardless of the promotional codes applied to the order and current offers. In addition, bonuses are calculated as new purchases are made and are cancelled after 30 days, unlike funds in the deposit account.

Is there a category of goods that cannot be paid using deposit funds?
No. Deposit account funds can be used to pay for goods from any category.
In what cases are funds not credited to the deposit account?
Crediting funds to a deposit account is impossible in the following cases:
- if the customer does not agree to the funds being credited to the deposit account;
- in the event of a dispute regarding payment for an order or a refund;
- upon reimbursement of additional costs by the manufacturer for a warranty claim;
- to transfer funds from the deposit account of one personal account to another.
I agreed to open a deposit account, but now I've changed my mind. What should I do?

I paid for an order using my deposit account. I want to cancel the order and get refunded to my bank account.
No problem! You can request a refund from the deposit account or from the order where it was applied. To do this, contact customer service.
I paid for an order using the Klarna payment system. When I cancel or return the order, can I have the money refunded to my deposit account?
If the Klarna payment method was used, the refund can only be made to your deposit account in case of a return of goods that have already been shipped. In other cases, if making a refund to your deposit account is possible for your order, the customer service will be sure to offer you this option.
I ordered a product from AUTODOC through a third-party marketplace (eBay, Amazon, etc.). Can I get refunded to my deposit account in case of order cancellation or return?
Purchases made through a third-party marketplace are carried out in accordance with the ordering and processing policy of the marketplace in question. Unfortunately, these policies do not allow for the deposit account service. You can make a request for order cancellation and refund through your personal account on the marketplace where you placed your order.
