We may refuse to review the request in case of the following:
- A complete set of documents is not provided.
- Mechanical damage (scratches, cracks, impact marks, moisture spills, signs of interference).
- Damage resulting from the use of incorrect spare parts and components or unqualified installation.
- Normal wear and tear of the spare part.
- Warranty period/service life has expired.
- Inappropriate or careless use of the product.
How can I speed up the refund/warranty process?
You are required to provide the necessary information as soon as possible so that we can make a decision on the request. If the request concerns the return of goods under warranty, unfortunately we aren't able to speed up the examination process.
Reasons we may refuse to accept the return of goods under warranty and how to challenge this decision
As a general rule, we may refuse your request to return a product if examination of the product showed that the fault occurred due to:
- incorrect use;
- incorrect installation;
- incorrect transportation and storage;
- product incompatibility with the vehicle.
If this is the case, we are willing to send you back the examined part at our expense unless it is a bulky item*. We may also dispose of it in accordance with EU environmental legislation. Bulky items can be returned at your own expense.
*Delivery of bulky items to the selected country is not available
If you wish to challenge the manufacturer's refusal to replace the product under warranty, you must appeal against the decision in writing within 14 days of receiving it.
